Global Controller
Job Summary
To support the financial operations of a rapidly growing company, the full-time salaried Global Controller will manage the entire global Accounting and Treasury function, ensuring IPO readiness, financial reporting, and team leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own financial reporting processes, including close, consolidation, and account reconciliation, while improving efficiency and accuracy
- Lead IPO readiness initiatives, including SOX compliance and maintaining formal accounting policies
- Develop and grow a global accounting team, ensuring seamless collaboration across Finance functions
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of accounting experience with senior leadership in a high-growth, operationally complex environment
- Big 4 audit background with hands-on IPO readiness experience
- Experience in multi-entity, international consolidation and transfer pricing
- Proven track record of building scalable accounting systems and processes
- Expertise in NetSuite and Excel/Google Sheets, with a comfort in using AI for automation
