Global Director of Transfer Pricing

Job Summary

Leading the global transfer pricing strategy, the full-time Global Director of Transfer Pricing will manage compliance, governance, and controversy agendas while serving as the principal advisor to senior leaders on intercompany transaction policies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the global transfer pricing framework, including services and intercompany financing
• Collaborate with various business leaders to ensure policies align with the company's operating model and economic substance
• Direct the global documentation and reporting program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics, accounting, finance, tax, or a related discipline (JD, LLM, CPA preferred)
• At least 12+ years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational enterprise or major advisory firm
• Expertise in OECD principles and U.S. and local-country transfer pricing regulations
• Proven experience leading audits and managing controversy matters with tax authorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex analyses into actionable recommendations
