Global Enablement Strategist
Job Summary
Building and leading the partner enablement function from the ground up, the full-time Global Enablement Strategist will design onboarding experiences and enablement structures for external partners while equipping internal Channel Account Managers and Partner Account Managers with essential skills, all in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable partner onboarding program tailored to various partner types
- Create and maintain partner-facing enablement content and structured communication frameworks
- Develop and deliver competency-based enablement programs for internal Channel and Partner Account Managers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Partner Enablement experience in a software/SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics and lifecycle management
- Experience in building internal-facing enablement programs with instructional design skills
- Familiarity with PRM platforms, LMS tools, and enablement/content platforms
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and track program impact
