Global Expansion Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Global Expansion Project Manager - FedRAMP to manage the FedRAMP program and international expansion initiatives remotely, collaborating with the Federal leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager for the FedRAMP program and global expansion initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders within the GTM PMO
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deadlines while flagging risks and milestones to leadership
• Establish and maintain project management processes and tools to provide real-time visibility on project statuses

Required qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, program management, or a similar administrative role in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to keep multiple projects on schedule and adapt to shifting priorities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to plan and execute initiatives
• Strong organizational skills, including taking meeting notes and tracking action items
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana for managing timelines and deliverables
