Global Hardware Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the global hardware product line, the full-time Global Hardware Product Manager will manage supplier relationships, decide on product offerings, and build distribution channels while working remotely and collaborating closely with engineers and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with system builders, ODMs, and component vendors, focusing on pricing, quality, and supply continuity
• Determine product lineup, including the introduction of new appliances and retirement of outdated ones
• Develop distribution strategies across North America, Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East, selecting partners and terms for each region

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in hardware product management
• Experience managing contract manufacturers or system builders from specification to production
• Proven track record of launching hardware products that achieved healthy margins
• Ability to discuss technical specifications such as CPU, GPU, and storage with engineers
• Experience in physical security, IT infrastructure, or edge computing is a plus
