Global Head of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading the modernization of financial planning and analysis across a complex global organization, the full-time Global Head of FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while collaborating with senior leadership and regional finance teams in a remote setting with occasional travel to Alabama.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting across multiple regions and business units
• Consolidate financial plans and forecasts while standardizing planning calendars, assumptions, KPI definitions, and reporting across the organization
• Partner with executive leadership and various teams to enhance financial visibility and support business decisions

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including senior leadership roles in a global organization
• Direct experience in planning, forecasting, and reporting across international regions
• Strong preference for experience within SaaS or technology-driven business models
• Proven success in leading finance transformation and process standardization initiatives
• Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
