Global Head of IT Strategy
Job Summary
Driving the technical go-to-market strategy for the Technology Workflows portfolio, the full-time Global Head of IT Strategy will manage global technical positioning, customer engagements, and the development of a cohesive strategy across various business units while working flexibly or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the global technical GTM strategy for the Technology Workflows portfolio, including positioning and proof standards for the CIO buyer
- Own the global tech win playbook and ensure consistent frameworks for customer evaluations and demos
- Engage directly in strategic TWF deals as a senior technical advisor, providing insights to refine the technical strategy
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in Solution Consulting, Presales, or Technical GTM with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of defining technical GTM strategy and improving tech win rates
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow's Technology Workflows, particularly ITSM and ITOM
- Experience in building scalable demo and enablement programs globally
- Strong analytical skills to drive decisions based on win/loss and deal data
