Global Head of SDLC Solutions
Job Summary
Leading the global Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience (DevEx) practice, the full-time Global Head of SDLC Solutions will define and execute strategic initiatives, build a network of regional Practice Leads, and create innovative service offerings while working remotely from North America.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global SDLC/DevEx practice strategy and business plan
- Build and lead a network of regional Practice Leads across EMEA, North America, and APAC
- Drive adoption of global standards and continuous improvement across regional teams
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in professional services or technology consulting, focusing on SDLC, DevOps, or engineering tooling
- Proven track record of building and scaling professional services practices or solution lines
- Deep familiarity with AI applications in software development and hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools
- Extensive knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira Software and Bitbucket
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders, such as CTOs and VPs of Engineering
