Global HR Business Partner
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Global HR Business Partner will lead the stabilization and implementation of a new operating model globally, act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, and manage change initiatives while fostering a leadership culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of the new operating model and support the development of executive leadership capabilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive change management plan to facilitate internal transformations and enhance employee engagement
- Align global HR processes with local teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all relevant entities
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in HR/management
- 10-15 years of experience in HR partnership, organizational development, or HR consulting
- Experience working in international matrix organizations, preferably in rapidly transforming environments
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in office tools (Google Suite) and IT systems
