Leading the global HR Business Partner organization, the full-time Global Vice President, HR Business Partnering will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into effective workforce and people strategies while driving organizational change and talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the global and regional HR Business Partner organization
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating business strategy into actionable workforce plans
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development
Required qualifications
- Significant progressive HR leadership experience in a complex, global organization
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Deep expertise in organization design, workforce planning, and change management
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry is preferred
