Job Summary
As a strategic partner to the Executive Vice President, the full-time Global People & Organization Director will lead the implementation of a new organizational model, manage change initiatives, and enhance leadership and talent development across a global scale.
Key responsibilities
- Lead organizational design and strategic workforce planning to align human resources with business growth
- Drive change management initiatives and support the execution of the 2026-2030 business roadmap
- Enhance leadership effectiveness and talent development through onboarding, team dynamics, and succession planning
Required qualifications
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in HR Partnership, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting
- Proven expertise in leading organizational design and cross-functional HR initiatives
- Fluency in English; proficiency in modern business productivity tools
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Ability to navigate human-centric challenges with sound judgment
