Job Summary
As a hands-on HR leader, the full-time Global HR Director will manage HR outcomes and deliverables, serve as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, and lead global planning cycles while working remotely and collaborating with teams across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive HR outcomes that align with the People and Culture vision and strategy
- Serve as a trusted counsel to Engineering and Product leaders on complex employee relations and performance issues
- Lead global planning cycles such as compensation planning, goal setting, and performance reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader across multiple HR functions
- Prior experience managing HR teams across multiple countries
- Expertise in employment relations, performance management, and engagement practices
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and performance management systems
