Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end delivery of global immigration matters, the full-time Global Immigration Case Manager will manage a high-volume, multi-jurisdiction caseload for enterprise clients, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage global immigration cases across multiple jurisdictions within contractual SLAs
- Deliver eligibility assessments, case strategies, and timelines to clients and assignees
- Serve as the primary contact for client HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate immigration experience outside the U.S
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
- Hands-on case management experience across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven SLA and KPI delivery on high-volume enterprise programs
- Experience directing external network partners or vendors
