Global Impact Director

Job Summary

Leading the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning function, the full-time Global Impact Director will oversee the implementation of a global MEL framework, support country teams, and enhance knowledge management practices while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NEX's global monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's Theory of Change and equity principles
• Provide technical guidance and capacity building for chapters and program partners on MEL-related activities, including TOC and log frames
• Champion knowledge management and data architecture to transform impact data into actionable insights for program strategy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in impact measurement, with at least three years in climate change, clean energy, or entrepreneurship
• Proven experience in developing theories of change, MEL plans, and managing impact databases
• Strong background in equity-focused MEL approaches and participatory methods
• Demonstrated ability to influence organizational culture and engage teams in MEL practices
• Experience training non-specialists in MEL topics and designing relevant toolkits and sessions
