Driving strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Global Indirect Sourcing Manager will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement spend in a remote capacity, supporting Professional Services, HR, and Marketing categories.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage suppliers to align with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Manage complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and minimize risks

Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect sourcing managing multiple global categories
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and managing complex sourcing activities
- Strong knowledge of contract redline review and financial analytical skills
- Experience with Finance and Accounting services or HR is a plus
