Global Insights Director, Rare Disease

Job Summary

Leading a team to drive commercial insights for the rare disease portfolio, the full-time Global Insights Director, Rare Disease will manage strategic decision-making processes and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams in synthesizing information from various sources to develop strategic insights that address business needs
• Plan and conduct primary market research to support clinical development plans and lifecycle management
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and collaborate with commercial partners on objectives and budgets

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience in market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, or marketing operations
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Demonstrated strategic thinking skills and ability to influence key decisions
• Strong knowledge of drug development and commercialization within the healthcare industry
• Experience leading primary research and working with biopharmaceutical industry datasets
