Job Summary
Managing in-country quoting for international orders, the full-time Global Logistics Analyst will work remotely to secure accurate quotes, maintain relationships with partners and distributors, and ensure smooth order fulfillment across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming in-country quote requests and route them to appropriate partners or distributors
- Maintain strong working relationships with international partners and distributors while managing communication and resolving issues
- Track quote requests against turnaround targets and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and supporting trackers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in global logistics, international shipping, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations, customs documentation, and international trade terms
- Experience handling hazardous materials and lithium battery shipments
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Cisco's CCW platform is a plus
