Job Summary

Leading a global logistics strategy, the full-time Head of Global Logistics will take end-to-end ownership of warehousing and last-mile delivery operations across Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe, while guiding expansion into Canada in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and expansion of logistics models across multiple regions, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to optimize logistics costs and support retail growth initiatives
• Coach and empower regional Logistics Managers to align local operations with a unified global strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in global logistics management, particularly in last-mile delivery and warehousing
• Strong understanding of logistics cost drivers and market economics, with a focus on cost per order
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across diverse global markets
• Ability to leverage AI and technology to enhance logistics workflows and operational efficiency
• Demonstrated success in building cross-functional partnerships and aligning shared outcomes
