Global Marketing Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing hands-on project management and operational support, the full-time Global Network Marketing Program Manager will coordinate committee activities, develop workplans, and assist with communications and events in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain committee calendars, agendas, and workplans while managing priorities and milestones
• Develop project plans, status reports, and documentation for committee initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies
• Coordinate production of updates and assist with planning committee-sponsored events and webinars

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three to four years of experience in program coordination, project management, or committee support, preferably in a global environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience in a B2B or professional services environment
