Global Medical Affairs Manager
Job Summary
To support the execution and oversight of Investigator Sponsored Trials (ISTs), the remote, contract Global Medical Affairs Manager (IST Operations) will manage operations, track progress, and facilitate communication among internal stakeholders and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the Investigator Sponsored Trials program, including scheduling meetings and tracking progress
- Request and track contracts, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely processing and facilitating drug supply to study sites
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and report on metrics associated with the execution of the IST program
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
- First-hand experience in operations and resource management
- Experience coordinating across multiple complex functions
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is highly desirable
- Proficiency with IST-related databases and Microsoft Office
