Job Summary
Supporting scientific publications across therapeutic areas, the full-time Global Medical Publications Manager will lead the development and execution of manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with existing Publications Leads to manage publication plans and deliverables during peak periods
- Oversee the end-to-end publication lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and support publication planning discussions
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in life sciences; Ph.D. or equivalent preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience in medical publications within pharma/biotech
- Strong knowledge of publication guidelines (ICMJE, GPP)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
- Experience in leading publication projects and ensuring compliance with internal policies
