Global Mobility and People Relations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the global mobility and immigration programs, the remote full-time Global Mobility and People Relations Manager will ensure compliance and a positive experience for employees relocating or working across borders while providing HR guidance and managing selected HR programs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee expatriate and immigration programs, managing vendors and ensuring compliance with policies
• Guide employees and managers on HR practices and policies, addressing concerns and escalating as necessary
• Plan and deliver HR projects, maintaining documentation and driving change management for new processes

Required qualifications

• Experience with global mobility, immigration, or relocation programs, or managing a mobility or immigration vendor
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a COE or HR generalist role with in-depth knowledge of HR principles
• Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices
• Strong project and program management skills, including stakeholder management and on-time delivery
• Comfort with HR and project software, such as UKG and collaboration tools
