Global Mobility Manager - Americas

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of candidate and employee relocation within the Americas, the full-time Global Mobility Manager - Americas will provide subject matter expertise on US relocation cases, act as a single point of contact for employees, and support immigration case management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and manage day-to-day US relocation cases in partnership with Relocation Management Company
• Act as a single point of contact to employees throughout the mobility process, articulating complex relocation scenarios
• Support immigration case life-cycle management for foreign national employees in collaboration with an immigration firm

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Global Mobility experience with a focus on the Americas
• Experience managing end-to-end relocation cases and domestic/international assignments (3+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of mobility processes including tax services, immigration, and payroll
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience working on a global team
