Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the core operating cadence for global onboarding, including business reviews and KPI frameworks
- Lead capacity planning and financial support, partnering with regional leaders and finance on operational plans and forecasts

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree or 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree in operations or related fields
- Proven experience in building operating cadences, dashboards, and performance management routines
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and budget analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects independently
- Experience in fintech, SaaS implementation, or scaled services delivery preferred
