Global Operations Manager

Job Summary

To ensure strategic organization and achievement of operational goals, the full-time remote Global Operations Manager will oversee global operational activities, enhance partner engagement, and drive financial performance while collaborating with leadership to implement processes for exemplary member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and operational tone in alignment with company values while leading a team of functional managers
• Analyze production performance to improve revenue, expenses, and profitability while identifying opportunities for advancement
• Facilitate the development of global partnerships and coordinate client onboarding and transitions to global production

Required qualifications

• Master's degree strongly preferred
• 7-10 years of proven success in a managerial or director-level role
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while meeting deadlines
• Outstanding customer service and strong negotiation skills
