Global Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for administering global payroll operations, the full-time remote Global Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing across multiple entities while maintaining compliance with international regulations and collaborating with HR and Finance for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage global payroll across all Airspace entities and Employer of Record platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain compliance with international tax, social security, and retirement regulations while coordinating with local service providers
• Partner with HR and Finance to refine payroll best practices and support process improvements, including automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll administration, including international payroll across multiple entities
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Rippling, MTH Numbers, or Vistra is a plus
• Knowledge of statutory payroll mechanics in various countries, including garnishments and social security contributions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of GDPR, ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulatory issues preferred
