Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Payroll to lead and scale payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, including those with variable compensation structures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations while processing payroll accurately and efficiently
• Manage a payroll team and coordinate with payroll providers across France, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of payroll experience, including leadership in a public company or complex environment
• Experience managing payroll for large employee populations with variable compensation structures
• Extensive experience with UKG and strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations
• Experience leading payroll teams and supporting month-end close processes
• Familiarity with Canadian and European payroll requirements
