Global Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end payroll process for international clients, the full-time Global Payroll Specialist will manage payroll execution using ADP and Rippling technologies, ensuring 100% error-free and on-time payrolls while supporting the company's global expansion efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute and manage payroll processes for assigned international clients, ensuring compliance with statutory rules and deadlines
• Collaborate with client contacts to collect data, resolve issues, and process payroll changes accurately and timely
• Assist in establishing payroll capabilities in new countries by learning local requirements and implementing internal processes

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on payroll experience in the US, Canada, and the UK; experience in other international jurisdictions is a plus
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll technology
• Genuine enthusiasm for payroll and the ability to learn new systems and regulations
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients under deadline pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
