Job Summary
The full-time remote Global Performance Manager will oversee the Business Intelligence and Analytics function, manage client reporting, and support account technology initiatives while driving performance improvement and analytics capability across the account.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client business objectives into a cohesive information management and business intelligence strategy
- Lead account relationships and ensure compliance with information security for technology implementations
- Identify savings and improvement opportunities while regularly reporting progress to clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence or analytics
- Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including SharePoint and PowerPivot
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on client relationship management
- Proven ability to visualize data and derive actionable insights
