Global Pharmacovigilance Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing operational delivery and staff within Global Patient Safety, the full-time Safety Operations Manager will manage safety vendor coordination, case processing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely or from locations in Belgium or Switzerland.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates with safety vendor and GPS teams regarding case triage and processing
- Collaborates with internal teams and external parties on safety-related deliverables and processes
- Proactively identifies issues and engages in the development and implementation of new processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, life sciences, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Safety/Clinical Research/Pharmacovigilance
- At least 7 years of experience in global pharmacovigilance/drug safety (EU & US)
- Advanced expertise in global pharmacovigilance requirements and practices
- Proven experience with safety database systems, preferably ARGUS
