Global Pipeline Generation Lead

Job Summary

Owning the global framework and playbook for partner pipeline generation, the full-time Global Pipeline Generation Lead will design scalable tactics, orchestrate integrated plans, and analyze performance data to enhance the partner motion in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and gain leadership approval for a documented playbook that establishes a repeatable model for pipeline sourcing and teaming
• Design and implement pipeline-generation activities and tactics tailored to different partner types, ensuring alignment with global sourcing targets
• Provide weekly feedback and reporting on pipeline activities, identifying progress, gaps, and risks to leadership

Required qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of pipeline-generation frameworks
• Experience in translating strategy into executable plays and defining performance metrics
• Ability to design and propose new pipeline initiatives based on data analysis
• Familiarity with field strategy and collaboration across marketing and sales teams
• Track record of building and scaling pipeline-generation motions effectively
