Global Platform Engineer
Job Summary
As the global technical leader for the Customer Experience Management platform, the fully remote Global Platform Engineer - Sales CPQ PRO AMP will manage platform architecture, establish engineering standards, and drive the integration of AI capabilities across Sales, CPQ, and Professional Relations & Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the technical architecture and multi-year roadmap for the Butterfly CXM platform, ensuring alignment with global scale and regulatory requirements
- Lead the development of reusable APIs, services, and integration patterns to enhance developer productivity and delivery quality
- Establish engineering governance and provide technical direction across teams, ensuring adherence to platform standards and quality oversight
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale digital products or platforms
- 7+ years in a lead architect or engineering leadership role focused on architecture and technical strategy
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and integration
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and integrations across Microsoft 365
- Proven experience in designing reusable APIs and internal developer capabilities
