Job Summary
Leading the transformation of enterprise pricing operations, the full-time Global Pricing Operations Manager will optimize processes, implement data-driven decision-making, and leverage automation and AI to build a scalable pricing ecosystem in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Map, document, and analyze existing pricing workflows to improve efficiency and governance
- Design and implement standardized pricing workflows, integrating ERP systems and data platforms
- Identify automation opportunities and develop AI-driven processes for enhanced pricing execution and analytics
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Pricing Operations, or related commercial processes
- Proven success in mapping and redesigning enterprise-scale workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation solutions in production environments
- Strong ERP expertise and experience with Enterprise Data Warehouses and business intelligence platforms
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
