Global Procurement Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the procurement function for a client account, the full-time Global Procurement Director will manage procurement strategies, ensure cost-effective purchasing, and build relationships with clients and suppliers while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global procurement relationship with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing regional procurement matters
• Provide global oversight of contracting activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies
• Define and maintain the global procurement strategy, embedding responsible sourcing and sustainability considerations into account initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA or related Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, particularly with complex global client accounts
• Proven experience in developing procurement strategies and leading complex sourcing programs within a global matrix organization
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence geographically dispersed teams
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
