Global Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Leading procurement strategies in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead will oversee procurement functions, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global procurement relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders while implementing programs to achieve goals and metrics
• Analyze account-wide spending and vendor performance to identify opportunities for value creation and develop procurement strategies accordingly
• Lead the development and negotiation of complex RFPs, ensuring compliance with contracts and effective resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or related Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, preferably in facility services or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Strategic Sourcing processes and e-tools such as e-RFPs and contract management systems
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and documentation
• Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
