Global Product Manager
Job Summary
Acting as the primary communication channel between the Digital Team and GYE affiliates, the full-time Global Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, gather affiliate feedback, and ensure the GYE software ecosystem meets operational needs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates regarding the GYE software ecosystem, facilitating ongoing communication
- Gather, document, and prioritize affiliate requirements to inform the product backlog and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate affiliate feedback into product features and ensure quality assurance before rollout
Required qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a product manager, project manager, or product owner
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Proven experience in stakeholder management across remote and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging affiliates or distributed stakeholders
- Fluency in English; conversational Spanish is desirable
