Job Summary
Owning and evolving Zoom's Services Partner Program, the full-time Global Program Manager will drive strategic updates, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program effectiveness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services Partner Program to ensure competitiveness and scalability
- Identify gaps and implement improvements based on program performance and partner needs
- Develop executive-ready reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions and monitor program health
Required qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in a channel or alliance capacity with partners
- 3+ years of experience in building or managing partner programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
- Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to influence change across teams
- Experience in Professional Services sales, consulting, or delivery is a plus
