Job Summary

Seeking a remote Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead, the full-time position will develop and implement change management strategies, collaborate with leadership on project integration, and create communication plans to enhance project adoption.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management activities into project plans
• Create and execute strategic communication plans tailored to promote change readiness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of relevant organizational change management experience
• 2 or more years of experience delivering impact assessments, training, and communications
• 2 or more years of experience leveraging technology for transformation
• Strong management expertise with knowledge of change management models
