Global Project Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for delivering a portfolio of global studies, the full-time Global Project Manager will manage study execution, maintain timelines and budgets, and serve as the primary client contact, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned global studies end to end, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact for studies, providing regular status updates and tracking commitments
• Coordinate with in-country teams and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on study priorities and execution

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of clinical research experience, with at least 3 years managing clinical trials, preferably global or multi-country
• B.S. or B.A. in a science-related field; project-management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
• Proven track record of delivering studies to time, cost, and quality
• Working knowledge of project-management methods, tools, and relevant regulatory requirements such as ICH-GCP and GDPR
• Experience with CRIO, HubSpot, and Monday.com, or comparable platforms
