Global Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive the execution of global development plans, the full-time remote Global Project Manager will partner with Asset Leaders to translate asset strategies into integrated plans, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives and effective cross-functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated Global Plans, managing scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Coordinate Core Team meetings and prepare high-quality governance materials for decision-making
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring reliable reporting and timely updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's degree, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, medical sciences, biotechnology, or a related field
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project management
• Project management certification such as PMP, PMI, or equivalent is desirable
• Strong knowledge of drug development processes, including clinical and late-stage development
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft 365, MS Project, or equivalent systems
