Global PX Operations Lead
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Global PX Operations Lead will manage the rebuild of Zoom's ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, architect a comprehensive service model, and implement AI-driven automation across people processes in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end rebuild of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, including catalog architecture and case management
- Architect and operationalize a Tier 0 through Tier 3 service model with self-service capabilities and governance frameworks
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for employee support and talent acquisition, focusing on process improvement and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in HR/People Operations or HR technology with operational delivery at an enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow, preferably with experience in HRSD, and strong proficiency in Workday
- Proven track record in designing Tier 0 through Tier 3 service models with measurable outcomes
- Experience in AI and automation delivery with quantifiable results in process efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
