Job Summary

Driving operational effectiveness, the full-time Global Quality Operations Director will manage strategic initiatives, resource planning, and program performance management in a remote capacity, ensuring data-driven decision-making and collaboration across global programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of a consolidated portfolio view of Global Quality strategic initiatives and programs, enabling informed prioritization and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and strengthen stakeholder engagement to align on strategic priorities and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or business operations within regulated industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a complex, global organization
• Experience developing governance frameworks and operational reporting mechanisms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
