Global Resolution Engineer
Job Summary
As a Global Resolution Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage complex escalations across customer solutions, focusing on NVIDIA Cloud Partner accounts and ensuring effective resolution of issues while collaborating with both customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own complex escalations end to end, engaging directly with customers during critical incidents
- Analyze the entire solution stack to isolate root causes and drive proactive actions
- Mentor Customer Success engineers and deliver technical training across teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years in advanced technical support, sustaining engineering, or systems engineering roles
- Deep Linux expertise and experience with distributed storage or parallel file systems
- Proven track record of resolving complex issues in distributed systems
- Experience with GPU and AI workloads, including NVIDIA DGX or NCP environments, is strongly preferred
