Job Summary
Supporting the execution and administration of enablement programs, the full-time remote Global Revenue Enablement Specialist will manage onboarding, role-based development, and performance-focused initiatives while ensuring accurate reporting and content governance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks and workflows for onboarding and enablement initiatives
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for program delivery
- Oversee day-to-day administration of the Seismic platform, including content maintenance and reporting
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in revenue or sales enablement, program coordination, or related roles within a SaaS or technology organization
- Experience administering Seismic, Highspot, or similar enablement platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Experience in managing learning assignments and producing reports using enablement-platform data
- Systems-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and processes
