Global Safety Compliance Director

Job Summary

To support the implementation of a global safety program, the full-time remote Global Safety Compliance Director will manage safety standards, regulatory compliance, and training initiatives while promoting a proactive safety culture across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and manage compliance auditing programs across all divisions
• Maintain a comprehensive Safety Management System and develop standardized safety policies and procedures
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide safety training and leadership development programs to promote a proactive safety culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive safety leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing multi-site or global safety programs
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, sports venues, or related industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise-wide safety management systems and leading regulatory compliance initiatives
• Certifications such as Associate or Certified Safety Professional (ASP or CSP) are preferred
