Global Security Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of enterprise-wide security and emergency preparedness programs, the full-time Global Security Manager will ensure the protection of employees and assets while collaborating with various departments to mitigate security threats and enhance organizational resilience in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks
• Lead enterprise-wide physical security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage global emergency preparedness programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness across all facilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in physical security, emergency management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site or global operations
• Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) are preferred
• Experience in developing and managing enterprise security and emergency preparedness programs
