Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of the global value proposition for the Front of House service line, the full-time Global Solutions Director will manage enterprise solution design, client engagement, and operational oversight while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the global value proposition for the Front of House & Workplace Experience service line
- Lead solution design for new business opportunities, including assessments, proposals, and closing
- Oversee account implementation and maintain operational best practices across client engagements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience managing teams in strategic service lines
- Demonstrated effectiveness in delivering strategic solutions and operational delivery
- Strong operations background with expertise in strategic service offerings
- Experience reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as MSAs and SOWs
