Global Strategy Lead, Data Centers

Job Summary

Leading the growth strategy and commercial performance for the Data Center vertical, the full-time Global Strategy Lead, Data Centers will work remotely to define market positioning, execute business plans, and drive demand generation across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global Data Center vertical strategy, including market sizing, segmentation, and multi-year roadmap development
• Lead demand generation and go-to-market execution, collaborating with regional sales leadership on account targeting and strategy
• Manage the commercial health of the vertical pipeline, ensuring revenue and margin outcomes are met through data-driven metrics and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, or business development within industrial or construction-adjacent markets
• Deep knowledge of the data center market, including customer dynamics and technical requirements
• Experience with engineered fastening applications and assembly automation
• Proven ability to influence across a global matrix and navigate regional differences in customer behavior
