Global Study Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote, full-time Global Study Manager, the successful candidate will manage complex global clinical projects, serve as the key client liaison, and oversee project deliverables, including budget and timeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, facilitating communication between clients, CROs, and internal teams
• Provide project management oversight, ensuring successful delivery of client expectations and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage a portfolio of high-complexity studies while supporting continuous process improvement and quality initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• 5 or more years of experience managing complex global clinical projects
• 5 or more years of experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to drive project execution and influence cross-functional teams
