Job Summary
To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies in transforming innovative ideas into impactful solutions, the full-time remote Global Talent Acquisition Director will manage and develop talent acquisition capabilities, partner with functional leaders on recruitment strategies, and analyze processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and develops the talent team by hiring, training, and mentoring in a global, fast-paced environment
- Partners with functional leaders to advise on recruitment-related actions and aligns recruiting priorities with business growth needs
- Analyzes talent acquisition processes and develops a global recruitment strategy to ensure a strong candidate pool
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience within Clinical Research
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience in developing and managing global talent acquisition teams across cultural differences
- Proven ability to take a data-driven approach to strategy development and operational management
